These guys have been fabulous and their experience and knowledge is evident. What's better is that you can speak directly to the team without having to spend your first 10mins navigating automated voice options. I love being able to pick up the phone and instantly speak to a real person. In particular, Lyn Schumann has a warm, personable quality - delivering good old fashioned time, attention and professional service, coupled with a friendly chat and free advice on the side. After working to understand our needs, she assisted in quickly obtaining new insurance on par with our existing cover and saved us an exceptional amount of money. The extra bonus of using a broker like these guys is that they use their expertise to make claims on your behalf, reducing the stress of an ordeal. Based on our experience, Consolidated Insurance Brokers are definitely the way to go.

We had a loss of frozen and chilled food in the fridge/freezer as a result of the Christmas storms on the Gold Coast. I contacted the office and Karen Barton contacted me back even though the office was closed and she was on holidays.She assisted with the claim for us and continued when there was further substantiating evidence required. Without her assistance our claim experience would have been very different to the successful outcome we achieved and a full payout would not have been achieved without much pain and I convince to us. She took all the worry away and ensured we were supported rom the start to the successful outcome and payment of the claim.We highly recommend Consolidated as insurance brokers and especially Karen if you have the unfortunate requirement to make a claim. You will be very happy with your decision just like we are.

She even worked on her day off! In the end, our claim has been approved and our temporary accommodation is sorted. Without Karen, we would have been in BIG trouble.
